Hello Eagles!
I am honored and excited to be teaching at Sandra Day O'Connor! The 2008-2009 school year will mark my first year at O'Connor and my 7th year teaching overall. Previously, I taught at Saguaro High School in Scottsdale.
I was raised in Illinois and attended the University of Illinois where I received my Bachelor of Art's degree. After living in Santa Barbara, California for a couple of years after college, I decided to move back to Illinois and obtain my Master of Art's degree from Barat College of DePaul University.
My husband and I now live in Phoenix, and we love the Valley of the Sun! We have two beautiful children named Callie and Shay, two dogs named Buster and Dusty, and one fish named Jack.
I have always been an avid learner; subsequently, my goal is to foster a classroom where a love for learning thrives. Empower yourself through learning.
